My desire is to guide people how to learn their bodies bringing the awareness to the present moment and their feelings.
My teaching has the philosophy that body is a memory machine that collects every bad experience and feeling, like anxiety. For that reason in my lessons, I am giving advises on how to fix functional body issues using yoga postures.
Also, I am experienced to guide lessons with many practitioners levels, giving variations that provide their physical and mental health.
I’m teaching Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
